Pilot scheme 2 for the ECB's Urban Cricket Centre Initiative in Bradford.

Following works at Leyton Cricket Centre, gcp was appointed by the ECB to transform the Parkside Sports Centre in Bradford into the next Urban Cricket Hub. The proposals include the remodelling of the existing facilities and an extension which will provide new cricket lanes, a community cafe and a gym. As well as off ering new and improved facilities, the scheme will enhance the centre's presence on the street and better communicate the work being undertaken from the building by community business Bradford Trident.

The project is part of the ECB's South Asian Action Plan, one of the main priorities of the ECB's Inspiring Generations 2020-24 Strategy for Cricket.
